About Me.
Hello! My name is Dulce Galindo, and I am a Graphic Designer based in Riverside, California. With a background in Design and Marketing, I bring a creative and strategic approach to visual communication and instructional design.
My journey in instructional design was shaped by my passion to help others. I have experience designing e-learning courses, such as Moodle-based program for teachers during my internship with College Unbound. I’ve also collaborated with Dr. Angela Louque to contribute to the College of Education Journal and develop web-based resources. These experiences have honed my ability to create learner-centered environments that prioritize interactivity, collaboration, and accessibility.
I am also passionate about taking advantage of more common and simple technologies, by integrating straightforward tools creatively, and aim to improve learner engagement, communication, and success.
Through my master’s program and professional experience, I am building expertise in instructional design to create transformative, learner-centered educational experiences.
Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to connecting!
Educational Background
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Marketing, which has provided me with a strong foundation in visual communication, branding, and strategic marketing. This background has shaped my approach to instructional design, where I combine creativity with practical solutions to enhance learner engagement and learning outcomes. My enrollment in the Master’s program in Instructional Design and Technology at California State University, San Bernardino has deepened my knowledge of educational theory, learning technologies, and the design principles that drive effective, learner-centered instruction. My studies focus on integrating technology with instructional practices to create innovative and accessible learning experiences in both traditional and online environments. Additionally, my academic work includes collaborating on research projects, such as contributing to the College of Education Journal and developing web-based resources, which have further strengthened my skills in educational design and technology integration.
My Vision
I am driven by a passion to create learning environments that help all learners retain information and engage deeply with the material. Inspired by the urgency of addressing climate change, I aim to design educational experiences that empower individuals to think critically, act decisively, and retain knowledge that can contribute to solving global challenges. My goal is to craft learning experiences that not only enhance retention but also foster lasting change, whether through helping people understand complex issues like climate change or by empowering them to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
